Liver is one of the main organs of the body, one of the largest organs of the body that takes care of many functions of the body. Whatever you take food, drinks, alcohol, poison, medicine everything gets processed in liver itself . Liver is more susceptible to smallest change in the food also, it can be mechanical cause,, like the bile stones can be a cause for liver disease. Let us analyse it. Simplest thing can be indigestion, intolerance to food. Indigestion is a simplest common liver disease which can be handled as simple as hot water , once an hour about 200 ml about 4 to 5 times. 300 ml of Water and ginger 30 grams of boiled together and before taking out add 20 grams of jiggery to it and filter it and keep on sipping it for some time everyday for 4 to 5 days and will get rid of indigestion. You may have to avoid oily food, fatty food, junk food which will strain the liver more to digest those foods. Whenever you have a liver disease avoids such foods. Sometimes liver might be infected like hepatitis or jaundice. Many drugs, out of which phylanthius neruri along with pepper. Phyllanthus niruri you take the juice or extract of the plant about 20 to 25 ml in empty stomach gives excellent relief bhringaraja gives excellent remedy in liver disorders. Some people have many medicines say 20 to 25 tablets a day. All this has to be processed in the liver. In those cases we need to work out on how to minimise the load on the liver and take it for treatment. Common reasons who people come. Skipping meals or repeated meals can affect the liver. Fasting can be a remedy for sluggishness in the liver. Fasting without water or taking no water will have less of liver diseases. Diet exercises and medicines can keep the liver fit.
